looking for apps for my blind son

hi everyone im here in the hopes that i can get some help. my son is 2 years old and he is blind but can see shadows, has light perception and we think he can see colors when he holds pictures close to his face. his vision teacher suggested we purchase a tablet for him because there are apps he can use but we're having trouble finding any. so my question is does anyone know of any apps that are geared toward blind children like something colorful with a black background maybe where he has to follow objects on the screen? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
