Looking for Cheap Tablet for Workout Room

I'm looking for a good, cheap tablet to go in my workout room at home. I have a flat screen TV on the wall, and also have an external hard drive with a ton of workout videos loaded on it. I would like to get a tablet that I can use to access the hard drive and hook up to the TV for the display. I would just put an old desktop PC in there to do that, but I don't really have room. So, I'm looking for a cheap tablet, somewhere in the $50-$100 range, for this. Thanks for any help!
