looking for correct rom for my tablet

i recently got an android tablet from a friend and it has the incorrect rom on it, now i dont know much about rom so i also need to know how to do it, but here are the specifications for it

os: google android
screen size:7in. digital touch panel
resolution: 800*480 pixel
wifi: 802.11 b/g/n
usb port: usb 2.0*2
LAN: ethernet 10/100m (optional)

i believe its an Eken M009S, im not exactly sure. i also need to know how to fix the rom. ive never done this before
