Looking for voice recognition app

Hello - Does a voice recognition app - converting speech to text - WITHOUT internet connection exist?

I have a voice input option in my keyboard - it requires internet connection. I have search a lot to find a voice recognition app which doesn't need internet connection. Bu i couldn't get one. Lot of process is required to convert voice to text. It is difficult to run such an app in a tablet. So voice recognition needs internet connection.

Yes, for now it looks like voice recognition software (speech to text app) for tablet doesn't exist - lots of processes - but no doubt it'll be here eventually - my thought is, for users that need to do serious word processing - what else could be better? We just have to wait, I guess-
