Low cost Android Tablets from Silicon Valley

I'm currently working with a start up that's looking to source ~2000 cheap ($80-120 per unit) android tablets from a firm that has a presense in silicon valley. Does anyone know who I should be looking at? I've already found Android Tablet Best
