Low Wi-Fi speed

Hi guys.

I've got my s7-103 tablet from a british website, everything looks fine fine so far, except the Wi-Fi speed is really slow:
30MiB in 10minutes, so it's like 50KiB/s
which is really slow in comparison to my laptop where the speed is around 1MiB/s.

Any ideas how to fix it?

On a speed test of my internet over Wifi I just got 2595kbps download and 1663kbps upload. No reason yours should have a problem.

I've tested on some site and the result was something like 1220kbps. Well, it's half of my internet connection speed, and it's ok for web surfing, but not for home wireless network.

Hmm, it turns out that wget downloads with about 2MiB/s speed, so it looks like it's the fault of the default web browser or the download manager. Dolphin is slow as well.

I wonder if there is a fast download manager somewhere in the market...

Ah, nevermind. I think I'll write a simple frontend for wget.
