ly-706 7" Lan (ethernet) problem

Hi everybody!

I just get my new tablet, a ly-706 from focalprice (this tablet), but I can not connect to a network via cables....

Does anyone know if there is a configuration required to connect?

Ps. Connecting via wi-fi works normally, and the USB connections on the Transfer Box also works...
