m009 7" 2.2 wm8650 questions

I'm new to the site and I have some "issues" with my daughters android tablet m009 7" 2.2 wm8650 (kernel version) she can't go on to any sites and play the online games, ex: friv, stardoll.
Everytime we get onto the site, a blue "leggo" cube w/a ? marks shows up on the screen. Is there anything I can do about that? Also, the market app is "very" limited, can I do anything about that?
Thanks in advance for any kind of help!!

P.S. I'm not a computer whiz so plz make it as simple as possible.

P.P.S All that came w/the tablet was the charger and a tranfer box.
