maps for my non gps tablet?

I am trying to avoid carrying a bunch of paper maps on my upcoming bicycle trip across 2 states. My tablet is not gps capable. Where can I get maps for a few states to use on my tablet? I need Kentucky,Tennessee, and Illinois is there an app I can download? Thanks.

There are several on the marketplace. Try Maps (-) by coderminus. These are "offline" maps, which sounds like what you're looking for.
