Market suddenly stopped working

I have had my tablet for a few days and initially market worked fine (I know there are other ways of getting apps). Today Market just stopped running, when I go to it I get "A server error has occurred. Retry or cancel and return to the previous screen.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to get it back?

I have a 7" Generic running 2.1 with the Samsung S5PC100 processor.

Is it possible you have too many apps running get "task killer" to close down unused apps

also are you connected to the same wireless as you were previously? and if yes go into settings-apllications-manage applications- find the market and then clear cache and data

Hi guys, thanks for the responses. It was resolved by me reading another thread just by clearing the cache for Market and it came back fine and has ever since. Sorry I forgot to mark this thread as solved.
