I often find the screen doing funny things when I'm holding it with both hands because my fingers/hand is somehow touching the screen without me knowing it. So I have decided that either masking the screen or adding a skin or case would help to prevent touching it in use.
If you put (masking) tape or paper label material (like the 'My Name is' stuff) on the screen, would it cause strange things to happen? If not, if you touch the screen on those masked areas, would it act like touching the bare screen?
The goal is to be able to hold the device with my thumb on top (on the screen) and fingers underneath.
