Mediapad and Kindle for Android App Text problem

My tablet is running ICS 4.03
I have a problem with the new Kindle for android app
All runs, downloads, sync's, but every book I load will not display text
I can search on words and get the passages which does display,
but as soon as I go to passage the text disappears.
I have tried differing TXT size, backgrounds etc.
Any one have this problem or ideas to fix?

I have the same problem with the same device running , android ICS ver4.03. On contacting Amazon Kindle help I was told that this version of the operating system was not supported by Google. Mediapad now has an official upgrade to android ICS. You might wish to try it.
