mid tablet frozen

i have a mid tablet android 0s 2.2 i tried to do a factory reset and its just staying on that screen ive tried the reset button etc but still nothing can any 1 help ? all it says is ,,factory data restarting please wait with the android man and loading bar been like that for 24hrs .........if this helps theres a sticker on the back hj -v713v0901197 pc1289 build num v1.5.1 kernel 2.6 point 3.2 please help thank u

Not sure what tablet that is but sounds like you are goig to have to reflash youre rom
