Mid7125 i need help for bluetooth!!!

I have a coby kyros mid7125 and yes it is rooted but when i try and turn on bluetooth it doesent work then i tryed going into es file explorer set on root too and i saw inside the system folder under etc i think it was ...a folder for the bluetooth so now im confused can someone help please i am root user as well if that helps at all

What is that? I was trying to pair my ps3 controller with my tablet n wwfhen asked to turn bluetoothh on it begans to turn on and thn exits or stop
