I am interested in those two tablets and can't decide which one is better.

I've used, even if just a little, the first xoom and the first galaxy tab with 7'. I didn't like the screen of the first xoom and it's contrast was awful. The first galaxy tab was good overall ...
Is the screen on the mz607 the same as in the first xoom?

I'm looking for a good tablet for reading, internet (wifi only, no 3g necessary), music and videos. At least for now I'm not interested in playing games on it.
Which one would be the best?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 GT-P5110

This one costs a little more than what I intend pay.
In my country the galaxy tab 3110 cost about US$ 300 and the xoom US$390. The p5110 costs US$600.
I'm looking for tablets with the price range of the two I mentioned in the tittle.

Is "neither" an option?
