I checked out the cartoon section of MyRetroFlix.Com For Android Phones and you have to watch a thirty second (or up to three?)commercial for a six to seven minute cartoon (there were 27 cartoons available).

There were 16 TV retro series with quite a few episodes each.

The movies (90+ minutes) section could take a long time to watch. 14 categories of drama, horror, scifi, drama, etc.

I suppose if you are into retro stuff you could sign up and join their forum.
