Moving files to/from phone

I have a Thunderbolt and cannot get it to mount as a disc drive. The phone confirms it is plugged in and I set it as a disc drive.
The problem is i can`t see it in Astro file viewer to be able to transfer files.
Any ideas?

You probably won't be able to do what you are attempting. My suggestion is to get both devices in a DropBox account to move files back and forth.
