My 8042 freeze on the android logo !help please!

I un-plugged the sd card and turn it off, just to see if the tablet just get all the memory becouse it wasnt recoigning it only like 2gbs, but since then i cant pass from the android logo it keeps loading but dosent react or do something, im really scared this is my fathers tablet so i really need help, i was looking for the posts about recoverying but i dont know how to do many of those stuffs so i will be very greatfull if you help me solving this problem

or otherwise could you do a tutorial of how to solve this if you can in a (retarded way so i can understand cuz it's kinda dificult

i tryed the adb method but i cant finish the steps becouse i cant get it on USB Debugging, i conect it to the pc and it takes it like hard-drive so i cant finish using the adb i dont know what to do right know
