I posted this probem in a couple of other sub-forums here but didn't get much response.
I've loaded about 120 of my cd's onto my micro SD card. When I plugged the tablet into the auxilliary jack in my car stereo, I was really impressed with the sound. But the Google Music app soon locked up. This happened with repeated tries. Then I tried some of the others - Amazon MP3 , Nemo , maybe another one. Each one froze one way or another. With the Amazon player it seemed to go silent when the screen timed out. I tried setting the screen timeout to "never" (as one poster suggested). This didn't really work.
I haven't seen this problem posted except for an Asus someplace. I'm thinking that maybe not too many use their androide tablets for music. Mine sounds great with an Altec-Lansing soundbar.
I'm posting this here because this sub-forum seems to get a little more attention. I'm hoping maybe it'll be solved with 4.0 (ICS) and that Acer will push it out to the A100's.
