My applications keep shutting down

I just recently bought an Android tablet from sometime of craigslist, but now it doesn't really work. When i bought our they told me that it was factory rest all that. But recently my applications have been not working or not opening. And when I am able to open them then it shuts down right after. Or sometimes at random it will restart itself. What do I do?

Welcome to the forum

You never know exactly what you're getting from Craigs List. Best I could suggest is doing 2 more factory resets to be certain it's starting fresh.
