My Bro brought me a bricked android

Hi guys my bro brought me a bricked android and cannot do hard reset on this cause it's stuck to android logo.
I think I need to flash it's ROM. The thing is I don't know it's make.
On the motherboard there is Q88E-v1.1
Chip: AW Tech A13 D151CA1311
Any help please on this to find the right software for ROM?
