my dezibel cts-2 (TR718D)... need help...

Hai all members....

I have tablet product from Dezibel CTS-2 using TR718D...

1)The problem sometime its restart by its self when i open application....
I dont know what to do..... its problem come OS....? if yes how i want install the new OS and where can i get the OS driver

2) How i want to look all folder in internal drive specially for OS and how to backup
all original file eg: recovery.img ,boot.img , cache img and etc....as i knew...

you need to flash other rom on your device
How to flash a rooted ROM - SlateDroid.comead the link, download the tools there and rom you can get from here

helo...im using the new cts-2 dezibel tablet pc, i just bought it on 2nd October 2011, but sadly the tablet had gone wrong and seldom turn off by itself, i am so frustrated about this and ive tried calling the company but it never been answered... i am so frustrated, could someone tell me where is the service location in shah alam..if i could not reach them, i think i will bring this matter up to the consumer tribunal...

I have the same device too. just buy few days. the power button got problem, then always hang. Skype cannot use video call.service guy not reply me how should i do. if u have info please share here. i will do so as well. i have check my device show m703c.

i just brought same device too at PC Fair...so far, it can run normally, it shown OS 2.3
