My Lepan has frozen on me!

Hello everybody. I bought a Lepan Tablet in December 2011 so I haven't had it very long. My tablet will turn on, ang get to the "live" lepan wallpaper, but won't progress to the lock screen. It just stays no this screen. I've tried reseting it with the reset button pressed for various amounts of time. Thescreen either goes blank, or more often reverts to the lepanscreen. it never lets me log onto the home screen. How can I get it unfrozen? Thanks for your help.

Try removing the sdcard and restarting. If that doesn't work do a factory reset from the manual boot screen.

Slide screen lock switch to left
Press and hold volume down
Press and hold power button until splash screen starts
Release power button
Release volume down

Wait...

This should get you into a manual boot screen.
Use volume up and down to get to reset option.
Slide screen lock switch right then left to select.
The tablet should restart in new out of the box condition. all your apps will have to be reinstalled and settings will have to be re-entered.
