My Ramos W17 Pro wont start up!

HELP! my tablet just doesnt start up at all
i tried using recovery menu but it doesnt work either
it just lights up and thats it
i cant reset it because the recovery menu doesnt work for some reason!
i have no idea how to contact ramos/miumiu because they are in chinese

i have the same problem too..
i looked up in the ramosfans website and tried to short but it failed and it is not starting at all..
