My WM8650 running slow..:(

i juz get my WM8650 last week..
i prty like it but it run so slow..
my photo gallery,angry bird,desktop,app menu
almost evry thing running slow(it's running but like in slow motion mode)hehe..
i have kill app using app killer,force stop with task mngr and it give me the same result..
do i need to upgrade my ram...??? can ram be upgrd..???

one more thing...
i also hv factory reset it..
and the result is....
dump....

at the same time...i hav install the dead runner and ragging tuNder...
but i can't play it..it slow..and the dead runner give me a blank white graphic background as a gift...hahaha
thankzz...
it's unsuported for wm8650...???

It is a slow machine not ideal for gaming...
