N10 Tablet with 2.3 and 3.0 UI

I have purchased an N10 7" tablet from Bingotrans in China.

It was advertised as running Android 3.0. As time went on it became obvious that this was not the case.

They then claimed it was 2.3 with a 3.0 user interface.

I have my doubts that the UI is 3.0, more likely 2.3.

If they are telling the truth is it possible to tell the 3.UI from the 2.3 UI.

Maybe others have been mislead as well ?

You have probably a 2.3 UI. It may be skinned with the Honeycomb font or something like that but more than likely if it isn't running Honeycomb it isn't going to look like Honeycomb.
