NC Rooted - Backing Everything Up

I fully expect one day to turn on my Nook to find out the OS has been updated and what I have is just a very nice eReader with everything gone. What are the backup options for a rooted nook with an SD card?

Currently there is a working full backup and recovery but its a little buggy at the moment and I won't advice using it at this time. For now, most of us back up all of our apps just in case an automatic update wipes our NC.
