need a little help

i have an android os.2.2 cpu arm926ej
my problem is, that when i turn it on, the screen only remains frozen and will not open up.

is there something i can do to get this android working properly?
i've tried resetting button on bottom, and other combinations of buttons on the keyboard
i've even connected to another computer while i was on line.
i've only used this android about 6 times and it worked fine.
i have no idea how i locked it up.
what shall i do?

Make sure battery is fully charged and then when it freezes, reset for 15 seconds. Doesn't matter what the screen does, just keep that reset button in. Hopefully this may deep reset the whole unit, it has worked for me in the past. Another attempt is to hold the power off button in for 15 seconds, whatever the screen says, keep it held in. Good Luck.
