Need app. for changing from LCD to Hdmi mode easily

I am using Curtis LT7029 tablet.


Whenever I change from LCD to HDMI connected to LCD TV
I need to click using these steps-


At the moment the icons "settings", "Display", "Output settings",
"output mode" to HDMI bullet to enable it
and when I wish to cancel it have to do the same thing only to LCD bullet to enable it.

This is quite an ordeal if you change it often.

Isn't there any easier way with any free app. made especially to do this ?

If so, can anyone reccommend one ?

I need app. like Real Hdmi.

Can it be used on my Curtis LT7029 Android tablet or just use for Motorola phone ? Thanks.
