Need assistance desperately! Can't get screen shot!

my tablet it a BAUHN AT HK97, it has only two real buttons on it, and for the life of me I can't get it to take a bloody screen shot!!
Is it really so much to ask, to take pictures of what I'm looking at now for future reference?
Can someone help me, please?
