Need Firmware for A33 Tablet

Hi, good morning, I'm writing from Argentina.
I had a problem with the tablet that I will mention below. It started with synchronization problems through the Gmail account (I do not recognize passwords every time I recover and after that you have to do new accounts every time I turned on the tablet). The issue itself is a ROM installed with Phoenix and from there I can not find the right one. The issue is that there is no backup of its original and the people of KEN BROWN don't want to get the firmware, otherwise charge me an amount that has no relation to the tablet. I would be grateful if you could provide me with an offer that would allow me to use again. Thank you very much.
