need help :\ accidently deleted the framework.apk on my huawei ideos S7 -104

i was trying to move the framework apk from the system folder (internal memory)
using Root manager and copying it to my sd card BUT, SOMEHOW i accidently deleted the
original framework apk causing my tablet s7 to crap on me..
And now Nothing
happened, nothing moved, wont boot to homescreen, black screen NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! I CANT DO anything
But im new to android, (1month) and its my first and probably the Only android tablet ill
be getting :\ So can anyone help me get it back to its original factory settings please!!!!!!!!!

Does adb mode work,
What comes up when you plug it to the computer????

Did you try menu + send + power,
And try adb or fastboot if any of those work when connected to ur computer you can then copy over recovery and restore...

It came up with a little bubble saying 'smartkit' and i went on adb, but i dont know how to format?

You don't want to format just copy the recovery image over,
Then use the recovery menu to fix the tablet and update the rom,
I formatted my one and the bootloader was locked and it took ages trying to fix it...
