Need Help for Sylvania Synet7

I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM AND MORE IMPORTANT TO ME A NEW TABLET USER.I HAVE SYLVANIA Synet7lp-ds 2.2
I need some basic suggestions im having a hard time w/touchscreen should i get keyboard? This was
Given to me so it is second hand.No sd card or stylus it seems as though apps are in trash can and no access to them?? Even the things i would consider basic seem to be gone such as calculator,alarm,etc..I cant even figure out how to get sound.I need some guidance and direction on where to go or what to do and suggested accessories to get. Thanks
