need help getting back to ICS from the latest mcl JB

Having issues with overnight battery drain as my tablet is installed in my dash of my truck. Before I upgraded to JB the battery would only drain 1~2% overnight now its 25~30% only change was JB and root. After looking online I found 2 others that had the same issue and they went back to ICS and it solved the problem.

Can someome point me how to get back to say MCL 103 and keep root ?

The drain has a lot to due with wifi being off, or out of wifi range, I ran several tests on JB, and found google play services attempts to connect to 173.194.76.188 over and over until it succeeds, or kills your battery. google play services used up about 5% on the half hour, so that puts it using 10% battery life on the hour.

As for myself, I never left ICS, I dual boot ICS and JB, So I have both.
