Need help (NewAndroid owner,

Hi to all.

I am a new comer to Android pad.

I am pleased with the pad except I purchased this to use in my car to get emails Etc.
instead of taking my laptop.

I have a E1572 O2 broadband dongle I use on my laptop in the car with no problems.
Will this dongle work on my pad. The supplier says I need a E1750 dongle @ £39.
Can anybody advise me.
When I plug the laptop dongle in to the pad It says connetting and then not connected.
I am at the stage where I am wishing I had stuck to my laptop.

What model of Android Tablet did you get? what version of Android is it running?

Precisely the same problem with mine. Just phoned O2 and they reckon it won't work as the dongle is Windows based - even got a refund. They suggest a mifi device at around £50 plus the contract or payandgo. Ho hum, you learn by experience!
