Need help - No Flash?

I just won a Superpad at a school drawing, and I am having problems with video. The installed YouTube app works, but I can't get video at other sites. Does this not support Flash? Is there a way to hack it to make it use Flash? I have some experience with Linux based OS, but I also have 2 month old twins and little time to search for a solution. Thank you for any help or links to relevant threads you can provide!

Android 2.1 does not currently support flash but 2.2 does. Somewhat. A link to the firmware is here and instructions to flash it are in the same post.

Thanks! I'm still looking for an old SD card I know I have laying around somewhere. LOL But that thread looks like just what I need.
