need help rooting my TWD_MID Allwinner a13 tablet

yes i really need some help i have the TWD_MID A13 AllWinner tablet and i am running windows 8.1 64bit os and i am haveing trubble rooting this tablet i have tryed both the noun pc conected method useing poot and the usb to pc conection method and neaither are working i download the root for this tablet and keep getting no where usb debuging and install from unknown sources is enabled i really need help figureing out what the problem is and why this root is not working
