Need Help to Flash Chinese Tablet Model #S-WMC-0357H 701T Grey

Hello everyone, I am new to this community. I hope everyone will accept the warm welcome. Anyways, I have a problem with this cheap chinese made tablet which kept on rebooting on/off. Any help of getting this tablet to get flash would be greatly appreciate.
