my tablet is the same as photo and it stops at the green flashing android . can anyone help to enter recovery mode ?

are there another downloading links ........... and what is the method you are using to enter the recovery mode .....my tab stopped on android green flashing ......and most prog told me can not write on it ...like livesuit
