Need Help to Reboot my Tablet 10" Dual Core 1.5G 4GB Sandwich Android 4.0

Hi,

My tablet doesn't get passed the android loading phase when I turn it on (frozen on startup). Can someone help me to fix this problem? I think it the Android 4.0 software needs to be reloaded but I can't do anything since the tablet won't let me in. Do I need to push the reset button or something on the tablet first? The user manual for the Tablet 10" Dual Core 1.5G 4GB Sandwich Android 4.0 tablet doesn't help much to fix this problem. Please help!!

Welcome to AT

Press the power button for 7-8 sec to reset it, If it still don't work you might have to flash it with ICS, or the new Jelly bean OS.

What build/make is the tablet?

Find that info, and get the latest firmware/rom for it.
