Need help with Calendar

I own the Maylong 250 tablet. I have tried to add events to the installed calendar and keep getting "you have no calendars" error message. Any help on how to add calendars would be greatly appreciated.

I know you may not be interested in an app solution, but Cozi is really good. Try it.
