Need Help with Nextbook 7

I have a new Nextbook 7. I have a couple problems. First, even though the device shows that it's connected to wi-fi, web pages won't display. The other problem is with the game Words with Friends. When I need to swap tiles, the graphic that allows that won't come up. All that comes up is a blank space and the tiles disappear
