need manual for MID google android tablet

I need a manual or perhaps rebooting to manufacturer's original settings for an MID 700 pc google android table. i checked to see the manufacturer so i could go to a website but all I get is Shenzhen Yidelong Technology Co., Inc. and there website is no help. it says it's a model #M7206 #87 , Android Versoin 2.3.3.
It appears as though some widgets were removed and I am having trouble trying to figure out how to use this thing. Please help!

Can you post all the details of the device, the model #, manufacturer, version... everything listed. If we have the same device, I will scan the manual for you. Just an FYI, reading it myself it might not be very helpful.
