Need Orientation to Android 4.0

I just bought an ASUS TF300T. It's my first venture into this type of technology and I need an orientation. Any suggestions and to where to go to answer really basic questions? Bottom line is I need a basic tutorial. Thanks and I'm very glad I stumbled onto this forum.
