Need Rom with PhoenixCard A13b (q88)

Hi need you help. i buy this tablet:
YeahPad A13 Tablet PC 7 Inch Ultra Thin Android 4.0 4GB Camera White
AZhuo Digital --- allwinner android 4.0 cheap a13 tablet pc,7" 5 point touch capacitive ,1.5GHz CPU+WiFi + External 3G+Camera+3D Games
The first problem I had, the screen was not centered then decithe to flash i choice rom MAPAN MX713 but the proble is make worse.
One of the tablet never come on and other i flahs in cyano mod 9 the problem is the same and the touch no work.
The mos worse problem, is no can flash in any computer or SO with livesuite..is really bad.
Is you have a rom making for sd maybe save my life thx
PD: i tried make a rom wiht phoemix card but i cant...
