I have not seen a tablet with 3G and voice calling.
I use my 10" tablet (WiFi only) to do voice calls using a skype subscription.
Some of the 7" tabs have native calling. Perhaps a 10" tab like the Galaxy Tab 10.1 with a CM7 ROM may do voice calling, but I am not 100% sure on that (and you will need an adapter to get USB on that one)
