I have purchased a neopad 8650 for my daughters Birthday and am trying to get it all set up for her (she is 8yrs old). I have entered the SSID and WAP details to connect to WIFI but whenever I try to connect it goes to 'disabled' so I have not successfully connected to the internet at all. The details are correct so don't know what I am doing wrong. Any answers to this please use plain english and not IT jargon
