No, it doesn't require 11 but it does have some unique aspects. I have NOT done this but this is a reliable source running Netflix on gingerbread (2.3) rom on a nook color. You should be able to use it to get it working on your device assuming your system chips can handle it.

Hi zhong, you may not have to edit that file. Netflix does require that you have flash installed. You can either download it from the Android Market or side load the .apk if you find it elsewhere.
Once you have installed Flash try Netflix again. If that doesn't work you may then need to edit the file so that Netflix thinks you are using an approved device. You would put a device that is known to work (like Samsung or HTC) in place of the name of your device in that file.
