Hi all. I recently bought a CloudNine Neuropad Simplicity, and it's been great until a few days ago, when I tried to open Netflix and it didn't open. When you press the icon, it stays highlighted for a couple of seconds, the screen rotates 90degrees and that's it. I tried removing all the apps I installed in the last week' and I just did a factory reset on my tablet and it's still the same. Any ideas?
