New 7042 for returned 7022

Ok, I bought the Coby 7022 in November of last year and it is had been working fine until the screen stopped responding and i had to return it. Today i got the 7042 back and it just feels like a foreign objects (had it for the last 2 hrs now).. My questions are How does google play work on this because I am trying to download some of my apps from google play on the 7042 but it just keeps saying installed and not compatible with this device... I just need my apps back.. someone help.. advice.. thanks in advance and have a good day... and does ice cream sandwich mean it has flash or do i still have to install it..

you need to spoof the device id to get pretty much all app compatibility, I suggest installing this custom rom http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...y-kyros-7042-rooted-deodexed-google-play.html
you need to install flash also, the default browser, chrome beta, and firefox beta work with flash
